For instant activation, we recommend using our website checkout. You can pay using cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, G-Pay), or services like Klarna and Clearpay. You'll be activated immediately.

Only proceed with the manual wallet process if the patient confirms they do not have access to any of these methods and must use EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

How to Book a Video Consultation or Membership via Digital Wallet?

Paying with EasyPaisa or JazzCash is simple and fast. Follow these 4 easy steps to secure your appointment or activate your membership.

Step 1: Select Your Service

First, decide which service you need:

  • Option A: Video Consultation: A one-time online appointment with the doctor.

  • Option B: Monthly Membership: Subscription-based access.

Step 2: Check the Fee & Send Payment

  • Check the amount: Refer to the fee list (e.g., Consultation: Rs. X, Membership: Rs. Y).

  • Open your Wallet App: Open your EasyPaisa or JazzCash app.

  • Send Payment:

    1. Select "Send Money" or "Mobile Account Transfer."

    2. Enter our JazzCash Number: 03337147558

    3. Enter the Required Amount (based on your selection in Step 1).

    4. Enter your PIN to complete the transaction (If asked).

Step 3: Send Payment Proof

After the payment is successful:

  • Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen (it must show the amount, date, and transaction ID).

  • Open WhatsApp and send that screenshot to our booking line: 0300-3154638 .

Step 4: Receive Confirmation

  • For Video Consultation: Our team will verify your payment. We will then contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your appointment slot based on the doctor's availability and your preferred time.

  • For Membership: Once payment is verified, we will activate your membership within 12 to 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation message once your account is active.

  • "We do not charge any extra fees for manual booking. However, because we use local wallets like EasyPaisa/JazzCash, the system does not support auto-debit for monthly subscriptions.

  • To ensure your membership continues, you will need to send the payment manually each month by following the same process. We recommend setting a monthly reminder on your phone to send the payment screenshot on your renewal date.
